First, he challenged or instigated the Mautes to move into and fight in Marawi City.
Second, he ordered the indiscriminate bombing and artillery shelling that caused death and injury to thousands of people, destruction of private and public property and places of worship and the evacuation of more than 300,000 people.
Third, the thousands of officers and men of the reactionary armed forces engaged in far more widespread looting of the business establishments and residences than the far smaller number of Mautes.
Fourth, he gives away 10 hectares for construction of one more military camp where the City Hall used to stand and permanently displaces the previous inhabitants, as if to signify that a military conqueror must take precedence over everything and reign over the devastated city.
Fifth, nothing is clear about the return of all the evacuees, the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Marawi City but the imminent danger that the funds if any and the land will be given to those other than the previous residents.
