MESSAGE TO THOSE WHO SAY THAT CHINA CAN IGNORE AND EVEN VIOLENTLY OPPOSE THE JUDGEMENT IN FAVOR OF THE PHILIPPINES BEING ENTITLED TO ITS EXCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ZONE AND EXTENDED CONTINENTAL SHELF:

First, the Philippines can set up a company for the oil and natural gas development in the West Philippine Sea and subcontract certain areas for exploration and development to companies belonging to countries which China cannot threaten with the use of force. The lawful operations of the aforesaid companies will effectively stop the intrusive and unlawful operations of China in the West Philippine Sea.
Second, China is liable for rent and damages for its unlawful occupation of certain features of the West Philippine Sea and for destroying marine life and the environment. China can be sued before the concerned court and when China loses the case and ignores the decision the Philippines can sue for compensation in the US and other countries where China, its companies and banks have properties and financial assets .There are plenty of precedents for this.
