Mensaje de solidaridad para el Cuarto Congreso del Frente Popular Revolucionario, 1-3 Mayo, 2014.

Nosotros, la Liga Internacional por la Lucha de los Pueblos, transmitimos nuestro más afectuoso y solidario saludo a todos los militantes, simpatizantes y cooperantes del Frente Popular Revolucionario que atienden su cuarto Congreso Nacional desde el 1 al 3 de Mayo en la Ciudad de México. Queremos felicitar especialmente a nuestro compañero Florentino López Martínez, Presidente Nacional del Frente Popular Revolucionario y miembro del Comité Coordinador Internacional de ILPS, por tan relevante hito para el Frente Popular Revolucionario en el movimiento anti-imperialista Mexicano.
Felicitamos al Frente Popular Revolucionario por sus notables logros y triunfos en el levantamiento, organización y movilización del pueblo. Tenéis mucho que celebrar en este congreso y en el treceavo Aniversario Fundacional del Frente que tendrá lugar en Septiembre de este año. Vuestra organización es relativamente joven, pero ya ha logrado una expansión significativa en destacadas zonas del país, unificando a las masas de trabajadores y campesinos y abanderando esta lucha de la revolución proletaria en México.
Apoyamos vuestro llamamiento por un Frente Popular Revolucionario poderoso y vasto, ¡con capacidad para envolver todas las calles y campos de México de banderas rojas!
Tenemos la confianza de que en este congreso lograréis aumentar vuestro conocimiento de las condiciones objetivas de México y del mundo, llevar a cabo un análisis y apreciación autocrítica de vuestros doce años de experiencia en la organización de masas y en el trabajo del frente unido y clarificar más a fondo vuestra estrategia y táctica, línea de avance así como las tareas urgentes que han de llevarse a cabo.
El proletariado y las amplias masas populares de México sufren terriblemente debido al empeoramiento de las condiciones de explotación y opresión a las que son sujetos, engendradas en la crisis del sistema capitalista mundial y el régimen doméstico. Habréis de agitar vigorosas y prolongadas luchas de masas contra el monopolio capitalista estadounidense y las clases explotadoras locales para así construir fortaleza revolucionaria y avanzar hacia la liberación nacional y social.
Los imperialistas y las clases explotadoras locales persisten en imponer políticas económicas neoliberales para perpetuar sus ganancias excedentarias. Creen que siempre podrán trasladar la carga de la crisis a los trabajadores y que la revolución se puede frustrar mediante terrorismo estatal y agresivas guerras.
Pero las contradicciones entre el imperialismo y los pueblos oprimidos, las que se dan entre los poderes imperialistas mismos y entre el capital y la fuerza laboral han crecido constantemente y se han tornado muy agudas desde dos mil ocho. Las condiciones objetivas han favorecido la lucha revolucionaria.
Los mismos opresores y explotadores están provocando que el pueblo contraataque en oposición a la represión política, el desempleo masivo y los bajos ingresos, el incremento en los costes de los bienes y servicios básicos, la degradación de los servicios sociales y todas las condiciones concretas que agravan la pobreza y la miseria de los pueblos. Bajo el liderazgo del partido proletario revolucionario, el pueblo aprende a luchar no sólo por la mejora de sus condiciones socioeconómicas sino por la abolición de la explotación y la opresión y el establecimiento de la democracia del pueblo y del socialismo.
Os deseamos el mayor éxito en vuestras deliberaciones y toma de decisiones. Esperamos con sumo interés el enriquecimiento de vuestra Declaración de Principios, Programa y Estatutos del Frente Popular Revolucionario. Y felicitamos anticipadamente a los compañeros que serán elegidos para constituir el nuevo Comité Central. Les transmitimos nuestros mejores deseos para un liderazgo eficaz, militante y resuelto.
Estamos orgullosos de contar con el Frente Popular Revolucionario como miembro de ILPS, construyendo así un fuerte pilar de solidaridad y cooperación entre fuerzas anti-imperialistas y democráticas, en México y las Américas. Esperamos que el cuarto Congreso Nacional del Frente Popular Revolucionario fortalezca la lucha anti-imperialista y democrática del pueblo Mexicano, y que suponga un gran paso en el camino hacia la revolución proletaria.

Message of solidarity to the 4th National Congress of the Frente Popular Revolucionario, May 1-3, 2014

We, the International League of Peoples’ Struggle, convey our warmest greetings of solidarity to all the militants, sympathizers and cooperators of the Frente Popular Revolucionario, holding its 4th National Congress on 1-3 May, in Mexico City. We extend special felicitations to Comrade Florentino López Martínez, National President of the FPR and member of the International Coordinating Committee of the ILPS, on this important milestone for the FPR and the anti-imperialist movement in Mexico.
We congratulate the FPR for having won significant victories in arousing, organizing and mobilizing the people. You have a great deal to celebrate in your congress and in the upcoming 13th Founding Anniversary of your front in September this year. Your organization is relatively young, but it has already managed to expand to salient parts of the country, uniting the masses of workers and peasants and waving high the banner of proletarian revolution in Mexico.
We support your call for a powerful and broad Frente Popular Revolucionario, that has the capability to engulf all the streets and fields of Mexico with your Red flags! We are confident that through your congress you will be able to raise higher your understanding of the objective conditions in Mexico and the world, to make a self-critical analysis and appreciation of your 12-year experience in mass organizing and united front work and to further clarify your strategy and tactics, the line of advance and the urgent tasks that you must accomplish.
The proletariat and broad masses of the people of Mexico are suffering terribly from the worsening conditions of exploitation and oppression, which are engendered by the crisis of the world capitalist system and the domestic ruling system. You must wage vigorous and sustained mass struggles against US monopoly capitalism and the local exploiting classes in order to build revolutionary strength and advance towards national and social liberation.
The imperialists and the local exploiting classes persist in imposing the neoliberal economic policy in order to further extract superprofits. They think that they can always the pass the burden of crisis to the working people and that revolution can be forestalled by state terrorrism and aggressive war.
But the contradictions between imperialism and the oppressed peoples, among the imperialist powers themselves and between capital and labor have steadily grown and become acute since 2008. The objective conditions have become favorable for revolutionary struggle.
The oppressors and exploiters themselves are goading the people to fight back against political repression and mass unemployment and low incomes, rising costs of basic goods and services, the degradation of social services and all concrete conditions that aggravate poverty and misery. And under the revolutionary party proletariat, the people learn to fight not just for the improvement of their socio-economic conditions but for the end of the exploitative and oppressive and the estalishment of people’s democracy and socialism.
We wish you the utmost success in your deliberations and decision-making. We look forward to the enrichment of your Declaration of Principles, Program, and Statutes of the FPR. And we congratulate in advance the comrades who shall be elected to the new Central Committee. We convey to them the best wishes for a resolute, militant and effective leadership.
We are proud to have the FPR as a member-organization of the ILPS, building a strong pillar of unity and cooperation among anti-imperialist and democratic forces in Mexico and the Americas. We are hopeful that the 4th National Congress of the FPR will further strengthen the anti-imperialist and democratic struggles of the people of Mexico, and be a major step forward on the road of proletarian revolution.
