Last October 5, 2017 there was already a draft agreement on ceasefire in a package with draft agreements on amnesty of political prisoners and on major parts of CASER (agrarian reform and rural development, and national industrialization and economic development) for finalization in the aborted 5th round of formal talks on November 25-27, 2017.
It is still good to return to the aforesaid package. If Duterte is serious about resuming peace negotiations, he can simply authorize his negotiating panel chairman DOLE secretary Bello to meet with his NDFP counterpart Fidel Agcaoili in order to start preparations for the resumption of negotiations.
Duterte was only joking about the peace talks !!! Why ??? Because he’s a poece of shit !!!
