To both real refugees and fake surrenderers, the Duterte regime is not extending any material help after the military invasion and occupation of communities. The imaginary help appears only in the psywar campaign of the military.

The social devastation of impoverished communities is first of all the result of exploitation by foreign corporations and the local oligarchy of landlords, big compradors and corrupt government officials.

When the people resist, the reactionary military, police and paramilitary are unleashed against them to intensify oppression and wreak death and destruction on the people. Thus, the armed revolution of the people continues. ###
