International League of Peoples’ Struggle

After the election of its members by the  Fifth International Assembly of the International League of Peoples’ Struggle  (ILPS)  on November 16, the  International Coordinating Committee (ICC) held its first meeting on November 17, 2015  to elect its officers. These constitute the International Coordinating Group (ICG) of the ILPS.

The elected officers are  as follows:

1. Prof. Jose Maria Sison, Chairperson
2. Len Cooper, Vice Chairperson
3. Florentino Martinez, Vice Chairperson for External Affairs
4. Antonio Tujan, Jr. ,Vice Chairperson for Internal Affairs
5. Malcolm Guy, General Secretary
6. Liza Maza, First Deputy General Secretary,
7. Bill Dores, Second Deputy General Secretary,
8. Veerle Verscheuren, Treasurer
9. Lyn Meza, Auditor

Aside from electing its executive officers,  the International Coordinating Committee made other important decisions.  The International Coordinating Committee is expected to issue in due course  a brief communique as comprehensive report on the results of its first meeting.

The  27 regular members of the ICC are as follows:
