When the people rise up, police cars get stuck up and are vulnerable to small flasks of gasoline, lighters and rolled pieces of paper lit up at the end. That’s what is happening in so many US cities. That can also happen in the Philippine cities where the people are already brimming with outrage over the intolerable acts of brutality and plunder under the Duterte tyrannical regime.
