We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Prof Jose Maria Sison on his 50-year unwavering service to the advancement of the Filipino people’s struggle and international solidarity against imperialism and reaction.
His victory in the Dutch Court and in the European Court of First Instance in Luxemburg spurs him to further his work with avowed resolve. His efforts and accomplishments are an inspiration to everyone striving for a better world.
With exceptional intellectual, leadership and human qualities, Prof. Sison has for 50 years been the guide, the philosopher and the militant in the Filipino people’s movement for national liberation and democracy.
We at the International Solidarity Group in Austria recognise and applaud Prof. Sison’s outstanding achievements. We seek to learn from his life and work as we endeavour to do our share in building the international proletarian movement.
